Los 7 principios
Polaridad

"Everything is dual, everything has poles; everything has its opposite: like and unlike are the same; opposites are identical in nature but different in degree; extremes meet; all truths are but half-truths; all paradoxes can be reconciled."

The Principle of Polarity

Concepts

Everything in the Universe is dual; everything has two poles. Polarity maintains the rhythm of life. One can know the existence of something by the contrast of its opposite.

Thus we find:

Opposites are always present within every element.  The Principle of Polarity works along a vibratory scale of degrees that goes from positive to negative.  The positive pole is   superior in nature to the negative one.  With temperature, for example, there is cold and heat, and, even though they are opposites, they are part of the same element.  Even the Spirit and matter are one and the same, but they manifest as vibratory opposites.

Any phenomenon has the possibility of manifesting as its opposite. And it is also feasible to change something undesirable into its opposite condition. Therefore, the art of polarization forms the basis of mental transmutation. That which is undesirable can be neutralized by changing its polarity.
Extremes touch; polar extremes attract each other.  That is why it is easier to transform hate into love, than indifference into love.  The shortest distance between two points  in this case is not a straight line, but a circle.

On a practical level, this law permits us to truly appreciate the obstacles of life  which permit us to change conflictive situations into appropriate ones through the gradual polarization of the conflict to its opposite pole.  The change from one degree to the next on the vibratory scale is achieved through willpower and self-dominion.

Observe and Practice

Basic Conditions to Carry Out a Mental Transmutation

  1. Clarity about the state that you wish to achieve and about the state you are in now.
  2. Use willpower consciously to polarize yourself internally in your thoughts, emotions and attitudes, according to your desired state.
  3.  Resist the force of everyday behavioral norms.
