Here we have 10 HYPSO-TIPS that will help you to raise your state of mind and improve your quality of life.  We suggest that you do not try to practice all 10 at once.  Choose the one you like the best and be perseverant in your practice.  If you keep it up, you will see great changes in your life.

  1. Breathe calmly and deeply.
  2. Control your imagination by relaxing your eyes.
  3. Concentrate only on what you are doing by practicing conscious movements.
  4. To neutralize negative thoughts, get dressed consciously.
  5. Immobilize your body to help clarify thoughts.
  6. Increase your level of energy through morning breathing exercises.
  7. Reduce the permanent “chatter” that takes place in your head through the practice of the Mental Void.
  8. Find internal happiness by doing only one thing at a time.
  9. Increase your willpower by practicing something you do not like to do.
