As a panelist invited to give a human perspective on the question of the environment, Dario Salas Sommer had the opportunity to speak and exchange points of view with the former vice-president of the United States, Al Gore, who showed great interest in his work and who received as a gift a signed copy of the new edition of the book Morals for the 21st Century, specially re-titled for the occasion as “Internal Ecology: Morals for the 21st Century”.
Dario Salas Sommer' first book was "The Secret Science." This title was recently translated into Korean and Italian, and therefore adds to his long list of publications abroad. In addition, the translation of "Morals for The 21st Century" into Arabic and Russian have had great success.
Over 294 thousand copies have been sold in such diverse markets as the USA, Russia and in countries where Arabic is spoken. Dario Salas Sommer is one of the most outstanding Latin American thinkers in the world.

His book "Morals For the 21st Century," recently published in Russian, has been declared recommended reading for federal officials.
The honorary title, academic in nature, was formalized by a delegation of academics, politicians, and Russian entrepreneurs who traveled to Chile especially to meet and pay homage to the philosopher.
Together, with his charge as Scientific Consul, Dr. Salas was decorated as a Knight of Science and Art, named Doctor in Philosophy and was the recipient of the prestigious Vernadskovo award.
The Russian Academy of Natural Science gave an important award to Chilean philosopher and researcher, Dario Salas Sommer, for "creating and introducing a new scientific focus: Moral Physics™," that is, the study of the laws that govern the permanent magnetic feedback that exists between the human being and his or her surroundings. This new concept of morality has a scientific base.
On behalf of Dario Salas Sommer, Ivan Raylyan, vice-president of the Russian Academy of Safety, Defense and Order, ABOP, accepted the Ekomir award. During the ceremony, prominent Russian Scientist, Oleg Kuznetosov, expressed his admiration for Dario Salas Sommer' work and ideas on Internal Ecology, based on the harmonious relationship with Natural laws.
“Morals are an objective reality based on the laws of Quantum Physics. They represent a set of constant laws of Nature, observance of which leads to the development of higher consciousness, and infringement of which causes a loss of vital energy and the degradation of the person”.
