Endorsement  by the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences of Moral Physics as a new scientific discipline

The Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (one of the biggest and most important scientific organizations in Russia, with approximately four thousand members, including 18 Nobel Prize winners) and the International Association of Authors of Scientific Discoveries, both from Moscow, have finished the analysis of tests confirming the results presented by Dr. Darío Salas Sommer, and have therefore agreed to register his scientific idea: “Scientific bases of Morals (Moral Physics)”

The essence of the idea presented and demonstrated by Darío Salas Sommer in his published Works is that “morals are an objective reality based on the laws of Quantum Physics. They represent a set of constant laws of Nature, observance of which leads to the development of higher consciousness, and infringement of which causes a loss of vital energy and the degradation of the person”.

On the same day Darío Salas Sommer was awarded the Academy’s P.L. Kapitsi Silver Medal (named for a Physics Nobelist).

It is the first time the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences has approved a scientific discovery by a Latin American researcher, who in this case is also a philosopher and thinker. It is natural that this recognition has taken place in Russia , where there is a profound tradition of cosmogonists such as Shcholkovski, Vernadski, Moiseyev and others, of great influence in the scientific thinking of that country.  Darío Salas has been recognized by the Academy as continuing in this tradition and as the author of a new scientific concept.

The certificate of inscription and the diploma are signed by the President of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Mr. O.L. Kuznetsov, and by the President of the International Association of Authors of Scientific Discoveries, Mr. V.V. Pototski.

The gold and silver Petr Leonidovich Kapitsi medals were established in 1994 in order to recognize the makers of scientific discoveries. One face of the medal has a bas-relief with the image of academician Kapitsi, who made many discoveries, with the name of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences surrounding it. The other face of the medal bears the inscription “For a scientific discoverer” framed with laurel leaves.  The ribbon is blue. The medal is delivered in the name of the Presidency of the Academy together with a diploma with its corresponding inscription number.

Amongst those who have received the P. L. Kapitsi medal are: Russian Professor A.M. Projor, Nobelist and Fellow of the Russian Academy of Science;: Belgian Nobelist I. R. Prigozhin; A. J. Ishlinsky, Fellow of the Russian Academy of Sciences and Honorary Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences; S. P. Kapitsi, Honorary Vice President of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences; V.A. Sadovnichy, Dean of the Moscow State University, Fellow of the Russian Academy of Sciences and Honorary Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, and others.

In 2006, more than 350 innovations, hypothesis and scientific concepts were included in the Registry of Scientific Discoveries.
