More than 80 people from the United States of America, the Russian Federation, Spain, Venezuela, Colombia and Argentina participated in the 'First International Gathering on Moral Physics'. The retreat, held in Chile, was organized by the "Salas Sommer Institute" of New York. Also present, were 30 Chileans, adding a local component.
The "Salas Sommer Institute," created by Chilean philosopher Darío Salas Sommer, is an organization that promotes higher human development, as does the Institute for Hermetic Philosophy which was also founded in 1965 by Dr. Salas Sommer.
The hot springs of Jahuel was the chosen site for the gathering of Dr. Salas Sommer's followers, who is 71 year old Chilean – grandson of the educator Darío Salas, and author of numerous books translated into several languages. His most recent title, “Morals for the 21st Century” emphasizes that morals are a powerful tool to be successful in life.
